The family room was big, bright and very clean, with a breathtaking view to Ibla. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not very varied, only 2 types of ham and a local salami, but no bacon or scrambled eggs, only hard boiled eggs. There was fruit every day and several types of pastries. The staff there were very nice.

We liked everything. This Beautiful hotel and the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast choice is very good, all local produce presented beautifully. As soon as something was used it was replaced ensuring that the food was fresh and hot. We were a group of 10 people and decided to eat in the hotel bar one evening, the fantastic ciara served us delicious food and drink. She is a brilliant host and we all loved her, so much so, that we ended most evenings visiting the hotel bar for a nightcap! We had an early departure time and the breakfast staff started earlier than normal to provide us with a full breakfast menu . I would also like to thank the staff for taking care of me, I developed a nasty tooth abscess and urgently needed to see a dentist. They got me an appointment that day and also arranged for a taxi to take me there. Their customer service is exemplary. The hotel location was perfect for us, took us about 15 minutes to walk to the centre, where there is plenty of choice for food and shopping.

Nicely located within walking distance between Ragusa Ibla and Ragusa Cittá Alta. There is a free parking next to the hotel. Our room was big with very comfy bed, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Both room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Superb and tasty breakfast with a lot of variety to choose. The highlight of the breakfast was the home made cakes and the scrambled eggs which were delicious. Very helpful and friendly staff. WiFi worked perfectly. The property is gorgeous. I spent 16 days in Sicily and it was the best place I stayed. Absolutely perfect. Excellent value for money.

The location and the view from the room were beautiful. Our bigger room was quite comfortable. The hotel is fully air conditioned and very clean which is highly appreciated. The breakfast is very nice and rich. The building is very nicely renovated but it seems a little run down. I hope the owners are given the chance to maintain and upgrade it.

Comfortable hotel and good location to explore Ragusa. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Friendly staff. Nice view of the hillside town from the lobby window.

It was the second time we stayed at the Itria Palace hotel. We like the location as there is ample free parking nearby (never had an issue, but were never there in peak season). We like the choice for breakfast and location is ideal for visiting the upper town of Ragusa and Iblea. We had the same room twice and enjoyed it. It was just under the roof with slanting ceiling. The room had a large footprint.

Great location. Rooms are small but clean. Great view on Ragusa Ibla. Public parking near by. Bathroom very special. Did not expect that. Breakfast was the best we had in Sicilia in 7 days. All kinds of meat and cheese. Cereals Fresh fruits and a lot of cakes and biscuits. Coffee was also great. Overall perfect experience. Also the price was surprisingly OK

The bedroom was spacious, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Big and very comfortable beds for us and our toddler. Balcony with a great view. Good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Look at the photo highlights. I fell in love with the stone walls, arched windows, and the beauty of it all. I booked quickly, before the hotel was unavailable. The breakfast array was excellent.
